Three questions separate a real text-first executive assistant from a chatbot with a phone number. Does it act across your real accounts, including more than one inbox? Does it come to you first, with a brief and nudges, instead of waiting for a prompt? And does it ask before it sends, schedules, or spends, and keep a record? Price and availability come after.
Aura
Aura is an AI executive assistant with its own name and phone number. Text it over iMessage or SMS, or call it. It runs inbox, calendar, follow-ups, and a daily morning brief across up to five connected Google Workspace accounts, asks before sensitive actions, and logs approvals. Open signup, plans from $20 a month, and a branded version for teams.

Noah (heynoah.io)
An SMS-first autonomous agent for the enterprise with executive admin, chief of staff, and coaching modes. Channels include SMS, iMessage, WhatsApp, Slack, and phone. Invitation-only, pricing not published. Strong launch on Product Hunt in August 2026.
- Best for: enterprise executives who have an invite.
Lindy
Started as a builder for custom AI agents and now presents itself as an AI assistant you message, including over iMessage, with up to five connected inboxes on its pricing page. More flexible, more setup. Published plans are $29.99, $99.99, and $199.99 a month per user.
- Best for: people who want to build their own assistant from parts.
Orchid and Poke
Orchid is an executive assistant that lives in iMessage: it texts you your day each morning, drafts replies, and books meetings. Poke lives in Messages, WhatsApp, and Telegram, has a free plan and a $19 plan, and handles planning, calendar and email from a chat thread. Orchid says drafts stay drafts until you approve. Neither publishes how many email accounts it connects, and both lean toward personal use.
- Best for: individuals who want a personal assistant in Messages.
Clara
Clara works entirely over email. You copy it on a scheduling thread and it handles the back and forth. It does not text or call, and it is scheduling only, but it is a proven option for that one job, across Google and Outlook calendars. It has a free plan, and its Standard plan is $80 a month.
